Bethsaida In Christ Church, Inc.
Based in Black Creek, NC, Bethsaida was established in 2023 by Pastor Melanie Adeniran to fulfill God's calling for a ministry to service the Wilson County region.
Our Mission:
To be a tower and fortress among the people.
Jeremiah 6:27
Our Method:
To disciple a community of believers, through bible teachings, prayer, and fellowship to be equipped to live out the gospel & disciple others into the kingdom.
Our Beliefs:
Jesus Christ is the manifestation of God in the flesh, who died for the sins of the world Through the atonement of Christ's blood, every sinner may be cleansed from sin and reconciled into relationship with Jesus Christ.
1 Timothy - 3:16, John 3:16 -1 Cor. 15:1-4
The Plan of Salvation
Repentance according to the gospel: John 3:3-7; Acts 2:38-39
Be born again of water
Romans 6:3-11
Be born again of spirit
Luke 24:49, Acts 1:8
Serving Christ through worship, community, and discipleship
Acts 2:42-47
Operational Model:
We practice the model of the five fold ministry mentioned in Ephesians 4:11-13. We believe that through the operation of the spirit of Christ, this model assists believers in coming into the unity of the faith and of knowledge of Christ.
Church function:
We believe that through the Holy Spirit and model of the five fold ministry, God has granted every ministry specific spiritual 'roles' or 'gifts' to assist in reconciling and edifying every believer's walk with Christ. The focus of this ministry is deliverance and healing. One can find the illustration of spiritual gifts in 1 Corinthians 12:4-14.
Future of the ministry:
We are excited about the future that lies ahead of us as we work within our communities to spread the 'Good News' of Jesus Christ, the love of His Spirit, and spiritual revival that will restore healing back into hearts, peace back into families, and everlasting joy into generations of believers.

Want to Get Involved?
Help Us Care for Our Neighbors
Your generosity helps Bethsaida In Christ Church, Inc. serve people in Wilson County, North Carolina, and surrounding rural communities while we work toward a permanent church home.
What Your Gift Supports
Through our community outreach, we provide practical assistance in areas such as:
Children’s education — essential school supplies for local students and classrooms.
Basic needs and hardship — assistance for individuals and families experiencing difficult circumstances, including hunger and homelessness.
Care for vulnerable neighbors — support for mothers and infants, older adults, and people affected by natural disasters.
Donations may also support our building project, helping us work toward a permanent place for worship, teaching, evangelism, and community service. Assistance depends on available resources and the needs we are able to address.
Faith in Action
We believe that serving others is part of our calling in Christ. As 1 Peter 4:10 teaches, “As each has received a gift, use it to serve one another, as good stewards of God's varied grace.”
Every contribution helps us steward the resources entrusted to us and continue the work God has placed before us.
Be Part of the Work
We also accept support through volunteer efforts. You can help us continue serving our community and preparing for the next stage of our ministry by contacting us.
